A customer in the automotive parts manufacturing sector was facing the challenge of wanting to increase press rotation speed to improve productivity. In response, we proposed solutions for enhancing the precision of the parts and improving alignment accuracy. Through new high-speed milling processes and our unique wire electrical discharge machining technology, we achieved mold dimension and alignment accuracy of 0.003mm. We can design and manufacture plastic molds, as well as import plastic molded products from local manufacturers in China.

Simple molds are designed for small lot production, typically producing 100 to 500 sample products for prototype evaluation and around 10,000 units for mass production, without being taken outside the company (for sale). Due to their nature, these molds aim to minimize costs while achieving short lead times and high quality. Therefore, communication is conducted through local staff with capable Chinese manufacturers. Customer support for Japanese clients is handled by Japanese staff at the Japanese office, ensuring peace of mind. Additionally, quality control for the molds is optimized based on the type of parts: 1. Exterior and design parts: Focus on appearance, mirror finish on design surfaces, and thorough prevention of warping, sink marks, weld lines, and short shots through flow analysis. 2. Mechanical and movable parts: Emphasis on dimensional accuracy, conducting strength and durability tests, guaranteeing a tolerance of ±1/100, and verifying actual assembly with prototype samples. 3. Other special purpose parts: Implementing secondary processing such as insert molding, two-color molding, ultrasonic welding of parts, painting, and printing, along with conducting tests for peelability, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance.
